You were thrust into rough and tumble space bar, clearly the outsider, forced to prove yourself in a true game of wits and agility: computer air hockey. It was a simple game for simple times: a handful of wacky alien characters, mild nudity, and an animated screen crack when your opponent scored. Ah to go back for one more round.

You open the game, there's a pop up ad for another game. You win a match, there's a pop up ad for some app that everybody is apparently 'doing' (which kills the pleasure of winning). There's even pop ups to confirm in-game purchases that I never tapped on! Don't hold us hostage to make a purchase. Great concept, but the ads chased me off. One of the best games I've come across in the play store Looks gorgeous, runs incredibly smoothly while most games with such graphics would lag severely.

However, you have your own ‘cheat’ options available like stretching your paddle out the entire length of your goal. The Amiga version actually has a storyline where your ship has broken down and you need to use the phone, but in order to get to it you must beat everyone at the cafe. Shufflepuck cafe was pretty well received when it was released. I am a big fan of air hockey, so I’m already pretty happy about that part. This title is a nice, casual game to play that can hone your reflexes and give you a break from your more ‘serious’ games.

Category: New Mac Pro needs to be versatile to survive. Apple has a secret team working on a noninvasive diabetes sensor. IPhone 8 to have curved OLED screen, vertical dual camera, tiny bezel. Apple gets permission to test self-driving cars in California. Apple Music is coming to Facebook Messenger. Apple's new campus is hogging all the good trees.

Finally having beaten the intimidating reigning champion Biff Raunch, your name is written up on the board and you can rest your weary shufflepuck hand and wallow in the small measure of fame you have garnered in this most eclectic of cafes! Numerous versions of this game exist; including the original classic on the Apple Mac, a decent MS-DOS version, Amiga and even a Japanese Famicom release. The graphics, music and even characters all differ slightly between each version. There are even a few total remakes and variations on the theme of which I have yet to investigate.

There are a few bonuses and extras thrown in if you make double rebounds but the aim is the same as the original - to try and get the puck down your opponents slot. The movement of the paddles and puck is extremely realistic although it would have been nice to have seen some brighter graphics and perhaps an arcade background - as it is the table seems to be suspended in mid air! You can press 'b' when your boss enters the room to hide the game and 'c' will change the camera perspective as well. Shufflepuck Revolution is a great air hockey simulator that will have fans of the classic game coming back for more.
