Initially the pointer speed settings are very high/fast, but this is easily adjusted. I also turned off a lot of the key features that come along with this smart mouse, but that's because I like things to stay simple. This mouse DOES come with middle click features. Anyone saying otherwise didn't bother to check out the software settings. I know some people suggested they had issues with manually clicking. It's important to note that this mouse does not work like a laptop trackpad or smartphone screen. It will sense finger movements for scrolling, but the actual clicking is picked up by a button that exists on the underside of the mouse.
